CO2-DISSOLVED final meeting, 21-22 March, Orléans

This 5th plenary meeting took place in Orléans, at the BRGM scientific and technical center on March 21st and 22nd. As being the closure meeting of the project (scheduled to end by April 30th), this meeting was mainly devoted to presenting a synthesis of all the results acquired in the project, as well as discussing about the perspectives beyond this project. The first day was however devoted to presenting the last scientific results that have been acquired since the last plenary meeting (June 2015). All these results, both technical and economic, largely corroborate the conclusions on the viability of the CO₂-DISSOLVED concept, opening interesting perspectives for the route toward a future pilot. The funding by Geodenergies of the "PILOTE CO₂-DISSOLVED", now officially acquired, will be the first step in selecting a site for this demonstration pilot and finding an industrialist interested in the CO₂-DISSOLVED concept. So, the good news is that the CO₂-DISSOLVED adventure continues!
